Beer Bread

Every week, my friends and I get together to watch Glee. Yes, I'm a Gleek and proud of it! I adore the show and loved the Rocky Horror Picture Show last week. When I realized this week's episode was a repeat (due to the elections - you voted right?!?!) I felt I needed to provide a little goodness to snack on while we watched live(!) TV instead of Tivo. I decided to make Beer Bread. Not just any beer bread, super duper easy beer bread by Tastefully Simple. Tastefully Simple is a local company that sells mixes for appetizers, dips, breads, soups, etc that take only a few ingredients and little effort to make. Simple enough! All I needed was a package of mix and a bottle of beer.  Delicious!!!

This was delicious! So much so that we ate it all up and were stunned when we couldn't have seconds and thirds. Well done. Thank you Erin!!!

Yum, sounds delicious! I've still never watched Glee - I'm sure I would like it, I just always seem to forget what days it's on!
